Quirky’s Quality Construction Company: The Leonard Egg Project (4-6 hours)

Quirky’s Quality Construction Company has brought the participants together to implement a prototype project for a new client. Given the customer’s requirements and the organization’s policy requirements, the newly formed project team has six hours to produce a rocket that will deliver farm fresh eggs to customers all over the United States. Within budget, time, stated requirements, and changing market conditions, the project team must select its organizational structure, create a project plan, and implement the prototype to cushion a raw egg from a 6" free-fall.
